Triple Berry Protein Shake

Another delicious way to get your daily protein.  Enjoy~ 

Triple Berry Protein Shake



Ingredients:

1 cup of triple berry blend(strawberries, raspberries and blackberries) frozen berries
1 cup of vanilla (40 cal) almond breeze
1 packet truvia
1 heaping scoop of BSN Lean Dessert protein powder (vanilla or chocolate flavor) or your favorite protein powder
1/2 cup cold water

I love the Cascadian Farms organic mixed berry blend.


Place all ingredients in a blender and enjoy!!  Tastes amazing and great for you!
