Fit and Fabulous Fridays #13 Holiday Edition

It's back....my Fit and Fabulous Fridays link up where amazing foodies share their favorite healthy recipes!!   I welcome all blogging friends to link up and join the fun.   6. Thanks for hosting! Left you a white bean and turkey chili, a yummy red lentil & mushroom pate and a Gluten Free Cranberry Pumpkin Muffin (they're really yummy and freeze well, too).

  10. What an awesome idea Amee! I try to lighten up recipes when I can. The green beans with caramelized onions were a huge hit this year at my house.
