Fit Features of the Week

The winner of the most page views from Fit and Fabulous Fridays goes to Gluten Free SCD and Veggie for these heavenly Gluten-Free Peach Pudding Cakes and Peach Muffins!  I love Vicky's recipe makeover from her favorite Peach Pudding Cake recipe.  These sound so incredible and I cannot wait to try them myself!  I have started going wheat and sugar free, so this is a perfect recipe to include in my new rotation.  Vicky features so many delicious grain-free alternatives on her blog.

My pick of the week goes to Ann over at Sumptuous Spoonfuls for this gorgeous Mulberry, Goat Cheese and Avocado Salad.  Ann is very adept at creating the most beautiful salads.   Her food is just as much a lovely piece of art as it is a delicious culinary experience.   The Ginger Grapefruit Vinaigrette sounds amazing, too.
