Fit Features of the Week

The most popular recipe from the weekend was the Chocolate or Carob Chia Pudding from The Balanced Platter.  I love all of the other quick and easy meal and dessert ideas that we get from this link, too.  Tips for fast, healthy meals are always a winner in my book!

My pick of the week goes to Emily at The Best of this Life for her mouthwatering Gluten-Free Banana Bread .  I love the blend of gluten-free flours that Emily uses in her recipe and the addition of chia seeds is fabulous!!  It really adds a great nutrient boost.
