Fit Features of the Week

The most popular recipe from my Fit and Fabulous Fridays link party this weekend goes to Eat,Recycle, Repeat for this amazing Blueberry Pudding Cake!

My pick of the week goes to Food For the Fresh for her Summer Farro Salad with Roasted Vegetables, Herbs and Goat Cheese.  This combination sounds so incredible to me, I love roasted vegetables!

  1. Thanks for the feature. I am very excited that this cake is getting such rave reviews. One of the Eat, Recycle, Repeat community members told me she had equal success making this cake with chestnut flour, for anyone with an almond allergy.
