ReplyDeleteThis week I shared my recipe for grain-free Super Waffles. They are super high in protein and fiber, but super low in carbs (ZERO!) and use super cheap ingredients! And they are also super delicious! :)

ReplyDeleteThanks for hosting another Fit and Fabulous Fridays...sorry I'm a bit late but I added 3 recipes this week to help make up for my lateness 8-) The first is a Brown Butter Fetuccini with Veggies which is loaded with lots of veggies and gluten free and two gluten free snack recipes (1) Gluten Free Blueberry Banana Bread and Floueless Chocolate Walnut Cookies.
