Pumpkin Protein Shake


Ingredients: 
1/2 cup pumpkin puree 
1 scoop unflavored or vanilla protein powder (I recommend Tera's Whey or Whole Nectar protein) 
1/2 tsp cinnamon 
1/2 tsp vanilla NuNaturals stevia drops or 1 packet granulated stevia
1/4 cup ice
1/2 frozen banana
1 cup unsweetened almond milk

 Blend and enjoy.
