Pumpkin Eggnog

· 4 Cups Silk Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk
· 1 Cup Pumpkin Puree
· 2 Cups Lifeway Pumpkin Spice Kefir
· 1/2 Cup Light Rum (Bacardi)
· 2 Tsp. Pure Vanilla Extract
· 1/3 Cup Stevia In The Raw
· 2 Tbsp. Agave In The Raw
· 2 Tsp. Cinnamon
· 1 Tsp. Nutmeg
· 1 Tsp. Ginger
· 1 Tsp. Allspice
Directions:
· Add everything to a blender, and blend until creamy.
· Pour into a pot and place on the stove set to low heat and warm liquid, stirring occasionally.
· Once liquid is warm to the touch, remove from the stove.
· Pour into glasses and top with a sprinkle of extra cinnamon.
OR
· After blending the mixture, pour into a crock pot on high until liquid is warm to the touch.
· Turn crock pot down to low, and ladle into cups.
· Serve warm.
Gingerbread Smoothie

Ingredients:
· 1/2 Cup Lifeway Gingerbread Kefir
· 1/4 Cup Natures Path Smart Bran Cereal
· 1/4 Cup Oatmeal
· 2 Tsp. Stevia In The Raw
· 2 Tsp. Milled Flaxseed
· 1 Tbsp. Blackstrap Molasses
· 1/2 Tsp. Cinnamon
· 1/2 Tsp. Ginger
· 4 Ice Cubes
Directions:
Add everything to a blender and blend until creamy. Serve
